At
Taibola, The Karlsöyteam created the interactive art installation, at site “Transparent
communication,” where people were invited into a “transparent” lavvu
(traditional northern architecture) where coffee was served (brewed on the
fire, as is common in the north of Scandinavia,) and conversations were held. There
was always at least one member of the team in place to greet audience/guests. On
the outside of the structure was written “Tajbåla” using the European alphabet
to spell Taibola as it would be said in Swedish/ Norwegian.
